Thanks to the Jesuits who brought coffee to Guatemala in the 1700’s we are now able to indulge in this well balanced coffee. This coffee is characterized by its dark roast, bright acidity, and smooth sweetness. With just a little cream and sugar it can almost become a dessert in itself.
